1. General Conduct

• Be respectful to all players and staff members
• No harassment, bullying, or targeting of players
• Keep chat family-friendly (no excessive profanity)
• English is the primary language in global chat
• No impersonating staff or other players

2. Cheating & Exploits

• No hacked clients, mods that give unfair advantages, or x-ray
• No exploiting bugs or glitches (report them instead)
• No auto-clickers, macros, or automation scripts
• Allowed mods: OptiFine, Shaders, Minimaps (without player radar)

3. Chat Rules

• No spamming or flooding chat
• No advertising other servers or websites
• No hate speech, racism, or discrimination
• No sharing personal information of others
• No inappropriate usernames or skins

4. Gameplay Rules

• No griefing in protected or claimed areas
• No scamming other players
• No real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items
• No account sharing or selling
• Respect build limits and server resources

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the ModVC Minecraft server, website (play.modvc.org), associated applications, APIs, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Server Rules, and any other policies referenced herein.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ModVC ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use our Services:

• You must not have been previously banned or suspended from our Services

3. Description of Services

ModVC provides a Minecraft multiplayer gaming experience including, but not limited to:

• Multiple game modes (Bedwars, Survival, Skyblock, and others)
• Community features and social interactions
• Website content, articles, and documentation
• User-generated content platforms
• In-game economies and progression systems
• Optional premium features and cosmetics

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

4. User Accounts and Security

4.1 Account Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• One account per person is strictly enforced; alternate accounts are prohibited except as expressly permitted

4.2 Prohibited Account Activities

• Account sharing, selling, trading, or transferring
• Using accounts to evade bans or punishments
• Creating multiple accounts without authorization
• Impersonating other users or staff members
• Using automated systems to access accounts

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

5.1 Cheating and Unfair Advantages

• Using hacked clients, unauthorized modifications, or cheat software
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
• Using auto-clickers, macros, or automation tools
• Using x-ray texture packs or mods
• Boosting, wintrading, or manipulating rankings

5.2 Harmful Conduct

• Harassment, bullying, stalking, or threatening behavior
• Hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content
• Doxxing or sharing personal information without consent
• Sexual content, grooming, or predatory behavior
• Inciting violence or illegal activities

5.3 Commercial and Spam Activities

• Advertising other servers, products, or services without authorization
• Real-money trading (RMT) of accounts, items, or services
• Spamming, flooding, or disruptive messaging
• Phishing, scamming, or fraudulent activities
• Unauthorized commercial activities or solicitation

5.4 Technical Violations

• Attempting to access restricted areas or systems
• Interfering with server operations or performance
• DDoS attacks, hacking attempts, or security breaches
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our software
• Circumventing security measures or access controls

6. User-Generated Content and Publishing Platform

6.1 Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of original content you create. However, by submitting, posting, or publishing content to our Services (including but not limited to articles, docs, guides, tutorials, comments, videos, images, and any other materials), you grant ModVC:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display such content in any media format and through any media channels
• The right to use your username, profile picture, and bio in connection with your content
• The right to remove, edit, or modify content at our sole discretion
• The right to archive or cache content indefinitely for historical or technical purposes

6.2 Article and Documentation Submissions

When submitting articles, docs, guides, or tutorials to our platform:

• Original Content: You represent that your submissions are original works or that you have proper authorization to publish them
• Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of your content

• Repeated violations may result in commenting restrictions or account suspension
• We are not responsible for comments made by other users

• You must own or have rights to all video and media content you submit

7. Purchases, Donations, and Virtual Items

7.1 Payment Terms

• All purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE unless required by applicable law
• Prices may change at any time without notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Payment information must be accurate and authorized

7.2 Virtual Items and Ranks

• Virtual items, ranks, and currencies are licensed, not sold
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
• We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or remove virtual items at any time
• Virtual items may not be transferred, sold, or traded outside our platform
• Ranks and perks are subject to change to maintain game balance

7.3 Chargebacks and Fraud

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate and permanent suspension of your account. Fraudulent payment activity will be reported to appropriate authorities.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Property

All content, features, functionality, trademarks, service marks, logos, designs, and branding associated with ModVC are owned by ModVC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without express written permission.

8.2 Third-Party Property

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios/Microsoft Corporation. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation. All Minecraft-related intellectual property belongs to their respective owners.

8.3 DMCA and Copyright

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or infrastructure failures.
